如果职业刚开始就在一个巨小的公司做

一个项目经理带六七个程序员的那种, So? You?

现在自己想往PM努力，但是放眼望去，

所有其它公司招聘PM的指标都是申请人已经N年的项目管理经验

-- Then you just wait for N years, or you send your resume regardless.

自己现在这个公司根本没有可能经理职位空缺

所以没有办法管理项目

请问应该怎么做呢？

Update new skill, jump when the chance ready internally or externally.
