Tell grant is end? or new head wanted reconstruction office and 3 people moved out?

1）I am willing to be mobile and flexible

2）the job nature。。。。

grants were end , moved to other jobs. Is it good to say : it is school culture. We changed 4 presidents, 6-7 provost, 4 deans during 8 years.give them some background, bacause most outsite people don't know what is going on about our school.
