Can't agree more. A couple of yrs ago, I worked in a company and somehow the group lead is really an a-hole. He didn't like me and complained me as a slow worker even though I just worked there for three weeks. Anyway, I just ignored him and later on the Ahole was kicked out of the company because he was tring to fight with our manager. Sometimes, you always run into some A-holes or *****es. That's life and just take it easy. If you end up finding another better opportunities, just leave the company and move on.
