Here is how I deal with such questions.

1. close your eyes.

2. take a deep breath.

3. rate your performance using a number between 1 to 9, 9 being the best.

4. find 10 pingpong balls.  For each point you score in step 3, paint a pingpong ball black.

5. mix 10 pingpong balls.

6. pick up a pingpong ball.

7. if the ball is black then it's the company's problem.  otherwise, it's your problem.
