career forum new person-help please.

Help please! I lost my job about one month ago. I was called last Thursday by HR of the company I applied about one month ago. They were satisfied and scheduled a telephone interview with the hiring manager last Friday. The phone interview went well and the manager said he will follow the next step and keep me in touch. I email out a thank you note after the interview. So far, I have not heard anything regarding the personal interview. Should I email the hiring manager about the personal interview? How long should I wait? I feel so anxious. I really like the opportunity. Thanks in advance.
