Possible but not likely.

For some companies, 负面影响大. For some other companies, it may be a positive thing.

2. 我看到消息称有些人有博士学位找到了一个只需硕士学位的工作，他们在简历里没写博士学位经历吗?
Some wrote; some didn't.

3 我是写, 还是不写中国博士学位经历好？
For some companies, 写好. For others, 不写好.

If I were you, I would put both in.
