this time it is really a dilemma that I can't figure out. If it were not for big boss and some of his sr managers, I would be quite happy where I am now. Teh reason to leave is completely relationship. Teh new job originally made me very happy but after this round of negotiation, it gave me new perspetive and don't feel that I want to make the move now, though all my friends told me to jump boat.
