回复：Problem with Indian Boss. Fight Back?

Please give suggestions after reading. I have a few options, which one is best?

1) Boss knew I wanted to transfer. I've decided I couldn't stand her anymore. should I let it go and proceed/focuse on transfer?

2) Fight back, talk to HR and her boss,but not her, and proceed with transfer? The boss's boss is also in charge with the transferring group

3) I don't want to make things big in case the tranfer group has concerns. Right now all the other managers are in friendly tone with me.
