"1 用英文纪录，如果以后用的着，你的纪录要人人看的懂，不能你翻译了算，要不然你还得着翻译，公证。。。。。

2 纪录时要客观，也就是对事不对人，非情绪化。"

3. Email your note from your company email to your yahoo/google email, keep in there with date and time.
These emails will be the evidence for future use if need.
