第一次拿到corp-to-corp的contract.请教这里的高手关于合约的条款能签吗？

我谷狗了一下，security deposit 只有租房合约有，没见高科技合约有。解释是如果laptop（A方owner）在项目中归我（B方）使用，所以A方要security deposit. 但是没有说明在那种情况下坏了要B方陪。我想加一条，只有我故意损坏我才陪，应该合理吗？还是让他拿掉这一条款(这我已经沟通过，A方不愿意那掉)。我主要认为条款没界定出很多我不能控制的因素。如果电脑自己坏了，我当然不应该陪。多谢指教!
条款如下
You agree to provide us with the Security indicated on each Placement Addendum, which will be deducted from the first payments(40hours). The Security will be returned to you, together with interest at the rate of 2% per annum, upon our receipt of authorization from the Client.

Notwithstanding the above, if you have breached the provisions of this Agreement, you agree that:
1)You will forfeit the Security to compensate us for any damages we incur as a result of your breach; 2)The Security represents a reasonable estimate of damages, and is not a penalty; and
3)Should the damages be greater than the Security, we reserve the right to claim for the excess damages, including deducting such damages from future or outstanding payments to you.
