I was promoted as a senior accountant/controller

after i had worked in the company for 7 months.This is my second performance review as a manager.I have a total of 2 and 7 months working experience as an accountant. i never have had any accounting experience in china or America either before. i work in a small company with 50-100 employees. i hold a B.S. in accounting major.There is no specific policies on compensation of employee.The owner is the final decision maker.
