For question #2, you can elaborate why you like this opportunity. As LaoTu said, the question is really not about why you want to leave the current employer, but why the new opportunity is more attractive.

For #3, you can elaborate qualities of a good boss, such as communiting expectations clearly and providing feedback from time to time. Something any boss can do:)
