two offers, which one I should select?

A: big company (over 10 thousand people), 110+ thousand, plus some stock
B: small company (only 30-50 people), 130+ thousand, sign bonus 5000, plus some stock (meaningless if no buyer)

B's job is more marketable, while A's job is not that interesting.
