你和老板一样，都是职业管理人士。你也许管理code，管理small tasks；
老板也许管理projects，管理processes。

大家都知道，权力是distributed，是有限制的.比如，不少公司的position的delegation of authorities 是clearly defined。

所以，你和老板在很多方面是equal的：
1，大家都得follow policies 和procedures，更别说follow laws。
2，下了班以后，大家更是equal的. 所以，下了班以后的social events能让你和老板，同事成为朋友。

With that said，并不suggest你碰到情况时，不用策略。老祖宗留下不少好的策略，dividing 和conquering常常是个不错的option。
