最近参加了几次面试, 把常被问到的问题总结在这里, 以备不时之需.

About the position :
1. Tell us why you are interested in this position.

About yourself:
1. Tell us about the job or project that you are doing now.

Technical questions:
1. Describe a project that you used .......... techniques.
2. What's your knowledge about ...............
3. Have you use ......... ? Give some details.
4. Do you think ......... is very important? Why.
5. What skills do you think a ...... should have?

Soft skills:
1. Describe a situation that you used your analytical thinking skill to break down a problem into pieces, and solve it. What's your thoughts.?
2. Describe a situation that you deal with a difficult colleague.
3. Describe a situation that you reach beyond your responsibility or expectation. What did you do? What impact it caused?
4. Describe a situation that you think for your client, and reach beyond your client's expectation.
5. Describe a situation that you have some misunderstanding with your colleague, and how did you deal with it?
