I have a similar case as you. I got a bad evaluation from my new boss. Went to HR to complain. My boss then invited me for a conversation, and apologized to me (but there is no official documentation showing that he admitted unappriopriate evaluation). I was a soft heart person. When he apologized in the 1-1 conversation, I believed him, and worked very hard, try to gain his trust. Till recently,he moved my project (at critical point now to gain credit and recognition from outside dept) away and said I had a miscommunication prob. I felt mistreated and unfair. I don't know what to do...I am not good at politics. Shall I talk to Lawyer...Heart broken...
