这个reference还能不能用？

前老板/director，她招我进去的，后公司改组，我和同事出局，她去了另一个部门。我在她手下时关系不错，我出来以后还给过我leads and advice.

前几周还答应作我reference,但要人家先email to schedule for a phone call

一周前给她个Linkedin invite, 没回答我。是不是觉得欠我个reference, 但不想保持连系？
