Discussed with friend, he plan to talk with HR and at the same time check with laywer. Too many untrue statements in the process, luckly he kept all the original emails/docs to verify those truths.

He laso would like to confirm that if he fail the plan and discharged by the company, could he still get the unemployment insurance?
