Some thoughts about a company

Let XYZ be a company, then we have:

1. Many technology companies have intellectual property, so does XYZ. XYZ's intellectual property is money, and this is not secret.

2. In some companies you can find "Zombie"s, in XYZ, you can find many, and they are professional (zombies).

3. The great success of XYZ is, once a customer is hooked, it becomes more expensive to escape. The great failure of an XYZ's employee is he succeeds, but the great success of the employee is he escapes.

4. XYZ provides software, and in XYZ, some engineers write programs that randomly make the production stoke, some engineers remove those programs to cure. The two groups are paid pretty much the same.

5. XYZ is proud of being No.N (n 6. The key skillsets for an XYZ software engineer is not "know-how", but two things. First, how to use google.com, second, how to copy then paste.

7. In an XYZ team, teamwork, if there is any "work", is to make sure everybody work, then scratch everything in 9 months, then do it again.

8. To prove an employee is as important as any other one, ie. the any-to-any relationship, when one (self-titled important) employee quits, XYZ sends 3 employees plus 3 managers to replace the left (non-important) employee's job, mainly are to find out where to copy and paste previous work.
