怎样锯掉不合理offer

本人签了一个不合理的 contract offer with my agent. In this Offer 我无权terminate this contract. Agent can terminate this contract any time. 现在还没有开始工作。client is doing paper work. (client is government).

请问各位怎样锯掉 this offer？会有什么后果？
