Did you get a lot of interviews or phone calls recently (to evaluate how easy it's to get something similar). If you're confident you can get a similar Senior FA job easily, then pass this one. Otherwise, take the chance. But one thing to remind you is that if you report to the new Controller, you need to be cautious as you were his/her competitor:)
