I find Bible is good in teaching wisdom and skills to be submissive and keep calm in any situation. Big boss recommended "Communication Catalyst". This book is about how to reconcile conflicts. Frankly, I did not finish it, asked my friend to debrief me on that book just in case big boss asks about it at some point.
