Chinese people like to ask technical questions, which may appear to be very tough or being picky. But they can have very fair judgement for your skills and background and give fair recommendations. managers are all political animals. they may appear to be nice. If your interview ended up to be a negative outcome,(hopefully not) it usually is because of those "nice" people.
