I don't quite get your point. I have seen/participated other

teams meetings. Actually, I just had one Friday. It was a very functional team.Everybody's idea was heard and discussed,decision made(not based on consensus), and action plan has created. It was a very productive meeting. The leader of that group is very good.Even though he was the person who announced the final decision and action plan.But he made everybody clear about his/her role and task. I was really enjoyed working with him and his team.
