I mean it's not easy to be invulnerable. and you don't have
to show your weakness to earn others trust or make other people feel safe.
I agree with your point about everybody is the same in a team. but from what I had observed from my old boss's management, it's like he was always right and always had the final call of certain issue. if someone proposed a different opinion, he would overpower them in a very inpatient tone. If someone proposed a new idea, he would just reject it with very short explanation. I felt really suppressed under his leadership, and I know others had same feeling.
