I would agree with you.

Female boss can be very emational. male bosses are too but much less. I know this very well and try hard to control myself in front of reports. But sometimes things still vent out. So yeah it would be tough for them. I try to do damage control afterwards. I think it works OK since they all know what kinda person I am.
