I don't work to be appreciated; I work to make changes.

I never feel my value is totally accepted anywhere. As long as I can survive in an environment, I make the changes that are consistent with my value so hopefully I don't waste my lifetime.

I move on when I believe I can't survive, I can't make meanful changes or I have bigger fish to fry.
