I am not giving you advice, just my thought and it may help. BTW, I have the same trouble as you have

first, re-evaluate yourself whether you over-value yourself, or your value system is not same as their system

second, whether your boss or boss's boss have good wish to you. if they have good wish, then the things can work out. otherewise, leave.
