these are very deep comments

My dilemma here is obviously the first fit is clear to everyone including my boss. Teh second fit is not there for this group since 2 levels of managers do not appreciate my value. (I guess they do, they just do not want me to stand out, outshine others in the group). But at even higher level, what I did is appreciated, more than by my boss. So is this a fit for the organization, i.e. company?
