Thank you very much for your suggestions and I really appreciate it.Since I have no experience in A/P, it is kind of tough and the next challenge will be communicate with clients. I really do not know what I am going to say when I am on the phone even though the supervisor told me a little bit how to deal with some situations, but till I can not remember what he said.
