To lucky101 about bonus and raise

just got my raise % and bonus.

No raise for next year because I am paid the top dollar for the position as HR did survey in states.So they put the % raise into lump of bonus.

36% bonus!! Wow.

It seems the economy is turning around. I am in chemical manufacturing section.
