Should I send out another follow-up email to the hiring manager?

Hi,
The hiring manager told me that he should be able to let me know the result on Monday. However, I didn't receive any information from him. Could I send him another follow-up email? This is a big company headquartered in GB.Though the position is still open on the web status, I am afraid that I am not their ideal candidate. But I didn't have any big problem during my panel interview...Very stressful...
Anybody has the similar situation? Thanks!
