I do have good relationships with my coworkers. But W is good at politics, she has been quickly establishing relationships with my coworkers by having lunch with us, talking with them...since she came here last year December. In front of public, she speaks to me nicely, but she has different faces. My company is located at a conservative place. A lot of people treat Chinese just like Beijing ren in China treat people from countryside.
