有戏没戏？

前两天紫姑娘的一番求职恋爱说真是将当前求职者刻画得入木三分。三周前经历了一场电面，COO说下周去现场面试，结果变成COO 出差，后一周公司DIRECTOR OF OPERATION 忙于几项救火运动，（当然这些都是敌线透露过来的情报）好不容易才有了今天的第二次电面。面试者是DIRECTOR OF OPERATION，应聘职位是DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION，REPORT TO COO。目前竞争局面是在我之前他们还面试了一位女士，电面一次，onsite 一次或两次，我是后来加入的，今天她也说我是后来加入的， 但definitely I am on the list,she thinks I am incredible good on product development, hope I can be product manager in China for her. My questions would be:

1. 说法一，那位女士的希望大些，因为至今没有否定掉她；说法二，没否定掉她，但也说明她不是他们认为最佳人选，否则会hire on spot，至今没有hire,是还想再看看其他人选。请问哪种说法比较靠谱？
2. Director of Operation knows I will work with her closely if being hired, and I am not reporting to her, but subconsciously she wants me under her based on the above what she said, if you were she, would you want to hire someone similar to you or lower than you even the position is at the same level? My BF told me seemed she feels she might have some challenges later, I would worry whether she would say something unfavorable to COO?
3. 从内部消息得知，这个职位将在近期内FILLED，因为时间已经不允许再拖下去了，不知道我的概率在%？
