12月份投了一个大公司的职位，2月初突然接到面试通知，随后follow up了三次没有回信，今天突然接到一个留言：

Hi, It's xxx, calling from Human Resources here at xxx, I'm just getting back to you we actually still in the process of interviewing candidates for the xx position. So the position is gonna get closed.

Just wanted to follow up and thank you for taking time out your schedule to interview with us.

请问这是不是婉拒？
