面试归来

The interview went very well. It lasted for 3 and half hours, 40 minutes longer than we expected. This monring, I got a confirmed call from my agent, that the interviewer thought me would be their top candidates. But there will be 2nd round interview. So I didnt put too much hope on this company.

Thoughts: preparing is the key. Before the interview, I did a lot research on the company. I also prepared about 20 questions and they actually asked the same questions. like
how is your managment style?
What you are looking for?
why are you leaving current position?
what do you consider your most significant strenghths?
They also asked some teachnical questions too.
