I agree with all of you, as each opinion gets some points from different angle of view. Very appreciate!! Definitely there are many places I should improve myself, so that I can fit myself into different enviroment.

I am 已年过不惑，相信自已平时做事，还是比较郑重别人的，更不用说是老扳。From the very beginning, I noticed his attitude toward me was not friendly. However, I tried to deal with him in a professional way. Our conversations are only limited to work. Yes, there is an american girl in our team. Almost every day she goes to "communicate" (the word she uses) with the manager. And, he likes her very much!

I am not a racist. I could not figure out the reason for the manager unfriendly behavior on me till I heard the chinese guy's story he told us in the group meeting. I think his story definitely implies something. More or less I got some hits on why he has bias on me.

Yes, I want to improve myself always. That's why when he mentioned I missed the timeline. I insisted on an example. He first said I sounded defensive. I told him please don't interpret in this way. I was very sincere. I told him because I was not aware of the delayed delivery. Please help me to find out. He could not give me one. He also said "acturally from these two months, I have improved a lot on these aspects" (How ridiculous. The evaluation he wrote is last Dec. The conversation on my evaluation is now. There is no ways for me to find out his comments on my evaluation form. How could I improve/adjust myself accordingly!)
