DON'T PUT THE NAME OF YOUR CURRENT COMPANY ON YOUR RESUME.
What you can do is:
Sr. Slave, a Large Database Company, Guangzhou, China, 2001- now

You do not have to declare your company name on the resume.
How do I know that? 布衣之才 and me did this way on our resume.
We have to protect our current job while we looking for a new position.
