2nd interview with executive level people

I'm asked to go back for another face-to-face interview with executive level people. Do you know what type of questions people at that level usually ask? It's a big 4 and I'm interviewing for a consultant position.

Also, if everything works out, I'm trying to resign after I get the bonus current company will distribute soon in 3 weeks. I may have to tell the new company about this. Will it have a negative impact?
