关于review, 请帮忙出主意

我做senior accountant， 主管cash, mainly in charge of bank recon. 今年是第一年，要review 了，老板问我要３个career goals， 我该怎么写呀?

老板说明年要根据今年我写的来reivew. Please help! Thanks!
