我觉得你给得info 不够，别人没法帮你analyse it。

假如光是“对你很凶”这个问题，这是她的personality problem。这样的同事并不可怕，她的个人缺陷太明显了，
你应该高兴，你少了个强有力的竟争对手。

对于怎么来handle这个人，我觉得：
1）你得analyse 她为啥这样，是否对大部分人，还是对比她弱的人这样；
2）应该separate out objective parts from the subjective part that is your perspection。
3）focus on the objective parts，collect all the facts
4）make a judgement if you need to have a direct talk or not。
