该怎么办？

我签了我的工作年终评估后，发现有几条评估很 不公平，比如，说我要 say please, thanks, to support a co-worker,be familiar with rejection policies and so on 。我可以要求重新评估吗？ or adding some comment to there such as I disagree with some of them.
