salary issue

Hello,

just changed a job after layoff last year (3 months). The employer agreed to review my compensation after christmas, but he did not do so. He gave me two weeks vacation when he took his vacation before Christmas. My salary is 25% less than my previous job (this is the same title and similar industry) without any benefits (except 3% uncertain bonus). Do you think it is a good idea to ask for a discussion? This is a start-up company. Thanks for your kind input!
