不容易对付
1）你得英语要好，得明白他的话中话。
2）你还得业务和presentation skill 也得好，
假如，你的业务很好，那你会玩了得很轻松的。
假如，你某方面业务不精，你可redirect questions to others who have expertise。Redirecting question时你得自信而像个纵观全局的人。当那个你referred专家讲完后，你得summariz it，和它是如何function 在你的project 里。这样，你给人perception是，you are in charge, and directing..而不是被动的。

3）另外，把你做的东西，让你的头和其他seniors 明白，get them buy in。
