罗马尼亚人业务不精 - His expertise is good I don't have anything against that, I still need to learn from him

擅长夸夸其谈 - 50/50 but sometimes he has his point

罗马尼亚人最想当官，却不想承担半点责任 - Absolutely right, he never admitted his own fault, he can ask me to do sth and later on it turns out to be wrong and I was the one to be blamed. Now I learn the lesson, to get my ass covered, every time he asks me to do sth, I ask for his written instruction.

But overall he is still a good boss, you just need to know he behaves in usual and live with it (for those have lots of leverage probably don't need to but I do).
