Bookkeeper - Nurse

I am a Bookkeeper (got MBA in the U.S.) in a small company. Salary is low and feel no future. Want to study nurse because nurse is easy to find jobs. Do you think it is worth I give up so many years studying accounting and finance? Do you think it is too late for me? Age: 37. Thanks for your suggestion.
