我的直接老板的工资比我还低

偶尔的一次机会发现我的supervisor 's salary is lower than me....


我的直接老板的工资比我还低, I just join in this company for over one year, my supervisor is already for over 4 years. So 我的问题是，是否我的职位并不是一个稳定的，长期的，？我真的很担心。。。
