Whatever the HR person said is not important. So put that aside and act on looking for a job. Think of it this way, if you can find a job within 4 months, either within or outside, it is the best answer to that person's nasty comments, isn't it? If I were you, I would sign a "thank you" card to her and let her know that you get a better job, with better pay (and don't have to work with AXX hole like her). Good luck!
