好，说到亚裔发展的瓶颈，我来起个话题。

正在看breaking the bamboo ceiling.看到第三章说要找那种鼓励diversity的公司。
我还没往后看。但是现在我有个问题。公司要diversity,或者说senior亚裔management有什么好处。为什么要这么做。
