８ａｍ to ５ｐｍ is NOT 超奇怪 NOW. I was interviewed in a private company. The engineering manager told me frankly: if you are looking for a 8 to 5 job, this is not the place. A Chinese in that company works over 10 hours EVERY day plus Saturday without pay.
